Here's a little history
Antiques on the Side came to life July 1st 2003 with their grand opening at 244 Talbot St in St. Thomas. However at the old location we were running out of room for all our products we've purchased so we moved to our new and current location 791 Talbot St in St. Thomas right across from the soon to be Food Basics Building.
Antiques on the Side has been family owned by Doug Walker since its opening in 2003. Doug Walker has 3 amazing children and a beautiful wife who are always supportive of him and his business.
At Antiques on the Side, we provide our loyal shoppers with a broad assortment of ever-changing inventory. Our store has one amazing floor with a wide array of product. We have helpful sales associates who are happy to assist you in finding the right item at the right price to fit your budget and shopping needs. They also assist to ensure that your sale is satisfactory and meets your need.

If you get a chance when you're in our store make sure to check out the Rusty Sign Shop located on the second floor. This is a brand new store owned by three wonderful collectors. Their business has a wide array of signs, toys, advertising, and so much more.
At Antiques on the Side, we are always looking forward to people coming in wanting to sell or even get information on an interesting product. Antiques on the Side is always willing and hoping to make a deal with you on any product within our merchandise. Our prices are 95% of the time negotiable and if negotiated you will always be pleased with the new price. We also handle just about everything you can think of which means we handle everything from acoustic guitars to zeppelins or A-Z.
Antiques on the Side loves to go picking. If you have a full estate or partial estate, contact us and we will come down and check it out and if it appeals to us we may buy the full estate or even a partial estate. Please remember our store hours are Wednesday-Saturday 10-5.
